Re: Surviving Science - Abiotic Factor
Have been running a LAN game with our girlfriends for the past month or so, and it's a ton of fun. Just wrapped up the Furniture Store , today, and am constantly blown away by how much of the game there still is to go through.

Oh god I haven't had a proper LAN party in so long, you're ...

Re: And yet the horrors never end for Homestuck fans.
There's so much I'm worried about when it comes to this adaptation
First is just... Viv doing Viv things. I know she's an executive producer but that's not nothing.
Second is there is so much copywritten stuff in this comic that might have to be taken out because I don't think Betty Crocker is ...

Re: Surviving Science - Abiotic Factor
It's definitely one of the best survival crafters out there IMO, and I really hope it starts a new trend. It's the simple fact the game is an actual linear, story-based videogame and not just an open sandbox where things maybe happen sometimes. It's the first time I've seen this gameplay style ...

Re: Surviving Science - Abiotic Factor
I'm so bad at this game, but its also because its the only survival crafting game that's actually appealed to me! Most makes me feel like I'm baby sitting my characters, and that my tools are ultimately worthless but I actually felt like I was doing stuff.

Re: Castlevania (entire series)
I know you could always emulate them, but with the handful of handheld Castlevania games that got put on Steam I was so happy that I could play them. Aria of Sorrow was just kind of always out of my reach.

Re: Author's lounge
I have two WIPs, one's a dark gaslamp fantasy and the other's an incredibly self-indulgent litrpg. The LitRPG was because I looked at a lot of other vtubers who do art and make small comics with their sonas and have actual lore, or others are just out here doing music. So I thought "why not just ...

I LOVE your sona's design!!! The moment I saw drawings of this skrunkle, I immediately send pics of him to my friend who loves robots hehe. The head and face design is definitely my favorite, reminds me of transformers and similar franchises, never saw a robo/tech furry with a design like this ...

I read through this and I wanted to add my feelings as a trans masc ace furry.
Given my region I've been more or less excluded from IRL furry spaces, and most queer spaces, because I can't afford to go out and be there in person. I've been to a gay bar exactly once (which closed in ...

I bounced between cohost and pillowfort, I so badly wanted cohost to work out because the more places that aren't the central web we have the better.
It's a shame, eggbug will be missed. Maybe it'll ride again but that's unlikely.

The live letter for 7.3 is tonight (actually watching it right now as I make this post) and I'm actually really hyped for it. Promise of Tomorrow is going to be really wild and as a rper who has several threads through some rpers who are doing stuff via the new zones I'm gonna be eating really good ...

Re: Mahjong Madness (and other Japanese parlor games?)
Never played Mahjong, but as a card gamer, I do adore hanafuda cards! I love a bit of koi koi personally, although finding anyone to play with is always an issue XD
I have played Shogi / Go before too and it's pretty fun, although I did struggle to get my head around it a bit (maybe bc I was a ...

pogcaco THAT ART RULES
I don't care nuch about the setting but I really like darktide and vermintide, I'm such a big fan of having a strong melee element in this kind of game.
The great thing about the setting is that you can just kind of bounce around because canon is just inconsistent enough ...

I think I'll actively lose my mind if FatShark ever adds any voice lines for the Agri-world in the sector, because there's definately some missing potential there for the Rejects to be from there. Though I understand that there's already a lot of dialog that it can pull already (hell when Arbities ...

I'm too new to Warframe to have a proper opinion. I think I've only just recently finished the tutorial-ish prologue missions and am sort of just paralyzed with choice at the moment? I have the Venus junction missions waiting for me but I kinda want to do all(?) the Earth nodes first? And I have ...

Warframe - Tenno Gather
Tennocon was yesterday and I realized that there wasn't a Warframe thread yet.

It feels a lot like how reading Warriors did as a kid - vibrant with foreign perspective, and brutally, honestly violent.
Honestly its really wild just how much kidlit gets away with because it doesn't immediately scan as violent. Animorphs was John Carpenter levels of violent and it stayed on ...

Re: Your fav indie horror games!
Lone Survivor is a 2d horror game that I've had languishing in my library since school, its inspired by Silent Hill and its endings depends on if you kill any of the monsters, if you sleep a lot, and if you use the mirrors for fast travel for some examples of what affects the story.

This was the song that got me into Celldweller (as it did a lot of folks), unfortunately the remix that I heard specifically on Newgrounds has been lost to me.
