I have a few board games and before I could let my collection get out of hand, I put in a hard rule not to buy new ones until I've played existing ones "enough."

I usually prefer card games or games that are easy to pick-up-and-play so you don't waste time on rules.

The main games I played as a kid on DOS were Supaplex and The Incredible Machine. Both games I wanna go back to, but they have a billion levels (especially Supaplex).
