Hello, I'm Sludger Slipfwysh, also known in some circles as Momma Mollusk. I'm a mammal-mollusk mimic chimera creature from some Stygian place under an alien ocean. I love to ply the art of shapeshifting and mimicry, and admire others that do as well.
I am finding time here and there to continue my hobby of writing, but I'm also pretty handy in the garden and cook nearly every other day for my household. I really like to bake fresh bread, and want to take my craft further.
My interests and hobbies tend to be centred around mutants and any other creatures with aberrant physiology. It's long been a passion of mine and I've gone to great lengths to carve out a space where media pertaining to those topics can be shared. I still want to do more, with a community zine on the back-burner for some time now (computer and brain stuff getting in the way, y'know). I also want to see more pulpy stuff in mutant fiction and enjoy literary and visual works with a certain coarseness about them. A lot of my time has also been spent listening to music. My favourite video game is a hard tie between Wario Land 3 and Caves of Qud.
There's more to be said about me, surely, but instead here's some pictures of me.

I don't play Caves of Qud (yet), but every time I see someone who does, I go "Ah, a person of culture."
Welcome and hope you have a lovely time here.

I think this game is worth your time if you can stomach a verrrry classic Capital-R Roguelike. It is a very humbling experience at first, but rewards deep interaction with the simulation aspects. I feel more learned almost every time I die, and I have been playing frequently for years.Enbyeon wrote: Wed Jul 30, 2025 7:34 am I don't play Caves of Qud (yet), but every time I see someone who does, I go "Ah, a person of culture."
It has absolutely informed my sense for world-building, and it nourishes this writer's mind to see every world element intimately described in the game's own prose. Love it.
