one of my friends recently showed me skyflower63 and i was kinda shocked to learn all of their stuff is made in OpenMPT. i'm honestly not that familiar with hyperflip as a scene (hyperpop and many other online music scenes while we're at it are generally very... shit. at accomodating weird neurodivergent furries. so i don't know a lot of artists by name) but i do understand what these genres are about musically, so i really wanted to challenge myself to make something similar exclusively in OpenMPT.

i don't want to give too much of the track away publicly so uh this video right now is a critter time EXCLUSIVE

it's a 15ch .mptm module. all of it is entirely in the box, save for OpenMPT's built-in DSP reverb and some DirectX audio effects, but i'm mostly using those as a dummy to sidechain stuff. samples 100 gecs/jr/torr and a bunch of videogames and classic modules and such.

...i was going to post this in the tracker music thread but i forgot to. i should crosspost this in some way ahah
