Hello there!

Post by Azuli »

I found this on Bsky and got curious as I fit all three categories of what this is supposed to be about.

Then I started messing with the profile settings and found the 1996 styled forum page, and proceeded to just rofl1
First impressions are great, not gonna lie. Anyway, about me now:

Hello, I'm Azuli, a Bluespotted Salamander getting dangerously close to being... old? I've been on the internet since the not-so-good old dial-up days, and I do like tech that works in ways it shouldn't, even if I don't have the skillset to make them work weirdly myself. Also games, art, animation, some nerdy stuff and most of their inner workings.

I had a "more common" sona before, a Liger, but it was with me for a good portion of my life. While I like it, I changed and it changed. I needed something else to present as. The original is now a very cherished OC.

Also, when people look for amphibian sonas, the first ones that come up are usually Axolotls, then frogs and toads. I remember seeing... two or three other salamander OCs. Thankfully, I didn't choose this for being rare, there were months of research on how to change my sona and what species would be best foxsad

The joys of trying to get any sort of inspiration for an uncommon fursona/oc! There's so much that makes it hard to decide whatcha want in the end, the fact that you even went as far as you did to go for a specific species of Salamander really shows how determined ya were with it. XXD
