Weirdly enough, my main exposure to Pac-Man is through Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness for the PS1. It's a fairly decent platformer where you run around mazes, collect dots, solve block puzzles, and sometimes get to eat ghosts. There was also a Bomberman-style multiplayer mode where everyone ran around a small map while collecting dots/powerups and avoiding ghosts, and you could also just play the original arcade version of Ms. Pac-Man if you wanted to.
There are two things I remember most about this game: one is the boss fight, where a giant green "evil" Pac-man chased after you while you ran towards the camera, navigating a path full of traps and dead ends. The second is the music for the Egyptian-themed levels, which slaps:

so Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac is out! I've watched a bit of footage of it already, and it looks so charming! I remember playing the PC-version of the original Pac-Man World 2 a lot back in the day, and while it got *really* difficult later on (I never managed to beat it as a result), I still really liked it!
ngl, I also kinda like how they gave Pac-Man a voice for World 2 Re-Pac, and that he sounds just like... A Guy. It's the same VA he had back in Pac-Man World 3 as well, so I like that little bit of consistency, too. And it kinda gives him a nice contrast with fellow gaming mascots Mario (who's the exaggerated italian) and Sonic (the hyper-cocky speedster).
I'm planning to get Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac soon-ish. I'm actually kinda torn between it, Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles and Tales of Xillia Remastered. Especially since I always wanted to check out FFT and ToX too...
