Do you still have or recently acquired a cathode-ray tube TV? Post a photo of it here and tell us what you use it for!
Mine is a Philips 14PT6107S/05 with a built-in DVD player, which I mostly use with my PlayStation 2. It's actually not that heavy and relatively modern for a CRT - these models were produced in the early 2000s after DVDs had reached mass adoption but before LCD TVs suddenly took off.

Re: Show us your CRT TV!
I don't want to fight with trying to take a picture that doesn't have tons of reflections but I've got a phillips 32" something or other plus a nice PVM. The PVM I've had for a decade now and got it back when they weren't horrifically expensive. Actually have two but they got lots of use and one has a worn out tube now.
I still very much miss the days when it was easy to find old, reasonably good CRTs just on the curb for free. Or on craigslist for $20 plus carrying the thing out. "Free or damn near CRT + Free or damn near wii + wii softmods" used to be such a great deal.

Re: Show us your CRT TV!
I got really lucky, found this old Polaroid TTM-2004R on the side of the road in front of some old mansion just two years ago. It's not in terrible shape, but it does have some wonkiness with the tint balancing that I have to adjust for, and the yoke is ever-so-slightly crooked.
I just use this to play the SNES and PS2 for the mostpart. Doesn't see a lot of action lately, but having a working CRT's kind of a childhood comfort brought back to life.

Re: Show us your CRT TV!

Gosh, it's really difficult taking pictures of CRTs in action at this time of day. Hopefully it's clear enough.
This is a 13" Toshiba MD13P1 from 2004 with a built-in DVD player. This used to be my sister's little television back in the day, but I inherited it after she left for college. Then I took it with me to college, then when I returned home it stayed in my parents' garage for a very long time. Now it's returned to me for the past few years!
The solder joints by the front RCA connectors have started going kinda loose, so I'm afraid to hook up any more composite video devices until I can get it fixed. Fortunately, it also has a coaxial/TV input in the rear, which is what the VCR uses. I believe I have the skills to fix it myself, but I'm a little scared because I've never opened a CRT or discharged a tube before.
There might also be something going wrong with the logic that governs the internal DVD operation. Subtitles don't always render when they should. It's not a dealbreaker for me; I have several other ways to play DVDs.
Great little TV. 13" is a wonderful size for personal use.
