Oh wow, I have NEVER heard of Owncast, so cool!!! Did you set it up all by yourself? I actually came to this subforum to ask about stuff like this!

Well, I do host my instance myself and created a package for it yes ^^
The first time I encountered Owncast in the wild myself was Neotheta's Art ...

I used to go to festivals a lot so the "have seen" list is pretty long, most famous ones probably are:

- Motörhead (rip Lemmy)
- Ozzy Osbourne (rip)
- Slayer
- Machine Head
- Alestorm
- Primordial
- Sólstafir

Although more memorable to me are some of the (relatively) smaller ones:

Hmm, I used to read quite a lot but have fallen off in the recent years...

The last books I read I believe to have been:

- Pit Fighters and the Hayven Celestia series by Rick Griffin as well as the related novels by Gre7g Luterman
- The Turning by Arilin Thorferra

alternatively it would be nice if notification mails would only be sent when offline at the time the notification ...

I kinda stumbled into homeserver ownership due to my partner getting me to replace their TrueNAS install with a proper Linux...
I did already have a VPS before that for a couple of websites and Nextcloud, now that grew to also include Dendrite (Matrix HS) and GoToSocial on the NAS box.

I don't have an overarching theme nor great aspirations, the stream mainly exists as a way to get rodent brain to build a habit after my partner figuratively kicked me into games to make me do something other than doomscrolling Fedi ^^;

I usually go live Tuesdays between 20:00 and 22:00 UTC+1 (+2 ...

For the fellow Linux peeps I've managed to get decent results with the combination of Facetracker and VSeeFace running in Bottles.


I don't vtube stream stuff (well, I did a few times several years ago), but as an anxious dysphoric critter I've been wondering if I could use a vtube avatar for work ...
