I love Mahjong but wish there were more offline single player games that did a decent mahjong, for playing in bed on my steam deck. Usually I'll throw whatever Yakuza/Like a Dragon game I'm currently playing on the steam deck and play on there, but after a while the AI gets a little predictable ...

One cool thing from our trip tho was we got to play The Pinball Circus, a rare table that they only made two of that's this dense multi-level table with lots of entirely vertical elements. I forgot to get a picture but you can see like half of what it's got going on in this pic from Pinside.

One day I will find a fully-working Cue Ball Wizard table to play in person. I've never seen one with well-maintained flippers, so they're always slightly too-weak to get the ball across the loop that is the mode start for pretty much every event.
