Our own little Paradise - Making a Critter Time themed map

So I recently picked up WispyWoo's VRChat map After Glow and was thinking about making it themed after the forums!

There's a ton of pictures frames to fill so I'm wondering would people be interested in adding (existing) art or other pictures to the place?

And suggestions for things? I plan on focusing on making the world more performance happy but if there's anything you're looking for, I'll see what I can do!

A dedicated shrine to each member of the team, which must be paid tribute by all visitors monetarily (this is not a real suggestion)

This might be too much work but different areas being themed more around the different forum themes in terms of the pictures and such used would be pretty funny though.

After Glow is a really fun and cozy map once you get used to za layout. A group meetup we go to uses a modified version of it and it runs very well on Quest standalone!

Submitting art to fill za lounge would be fun! Would you want stuff zhat's on brand or just any kind of creature art? - Tabi (ey/it)

I would be fine with any! We'll see how much interest there is and what people's ideas are.

I did get the Quest version as well which I should poke at, but I'm starting out with the PC version. The shader used by default I believe it rather unperformant so I'm swapping it over to Poiyomi. I'm also going to be scrapping the post processing settings because it usually eats frames and I want the color scape to reflect the forums/team.

It's probably my least favorite map Wispy's done since if you DO show up to a group meet late, you get to go on an adventure figuring out where the hell everyone's decided to congregate. Not as bad as Fox Cliffside or whatever it's called, but definitely one that makes me groan when I see it load.

That's a good point and I did notice that it was pretty sprawling when looking around. I wonder if I can looking into a system that I've seen in other maps of being able to teleport to other users or something that shows how many people are in certain areas. I do want to go about labelling the floor transport because it's not super useful to just list Floor numbers.
