Been a hot minute since I last used a forum! Hi, my name is Mouse! Ahh, what to say about me? Well...
• I was built in '89
• Raised in the suburbs of Florida (and ALL that entails)
• Grew up with an NES, SNES, N64, PS1, and PS2
• Got into tabletop stuff starting with BESM, Savage Worlds, and Deadlands
• Began learning PC hardware and repairs as a teen
• Discovered furries and quickly became one at 15 (started as a fox)
• Came out as some variety of queer, unsure at the time
• Started taking art seriously and got pretty decent at it over time
• Tried to throw myself into the military at 19, and that went pretty poorly lmao
• Shifted from fox to mouse
• Fled from Florida while my parents worked out their issues on their own
• Bounced between friends' houses in Ohio for about 12 years
• Gained a shitload of depression weight (whoops ;p), but went through therapy and tried transitioning (MtF)
• Finally escaped Ohio and ended up in south New Jersey with five other friends as their cook and driver
• Lost my insurance coverage with the move, detransitioned, political climate became too hellish to start over
• Shifted from mouse to hamster (I still go by the name Mouse though).
And now I'm doing my damnedest to be as zen and true to myself as possible! I think that about sums me up in a bullet point list of things.
