For Creators
- You can make one thread for yourself in this sub-forum;
- You may link external services, like VGen, if you prefer to use those for a commission;
- You may use your thread to give a sales pitch on what you do and post samples of your work or the type of commission you are currently taking;
- You may post replies to your own thread when you have new commission openings;
- If you have a limited number of slots, instead of posting replies as updates, please edit the original post advertising the number of slots;
- Please limit thread bumps (double/triple/etc posting) to once a week if you get no reply;
- The previous two points are to avoid excessive spam and competitiveness in the forums;
- Again, this sub-forum is just for advertising commissions. If you want to show off new pieces, please use your thread in the Arts & Crafts forum;
- You may list the type of content you will and won't do;
- This includes NSFW and kink art, but when listing those, please use the spoiler tags. You still can't post actual images that go against the rules of the forum;
- If you are advertising commissions that are NSFW or not something you can post on the forums, but also need an image (like a NSFW YCH), you can link to your external gallery, but the link must have the appropriate content warning and the service/site you're advertising it on has to have some age verification or warning;
- While you may use private messages to communicate with clients, we encourage you to do so via a service or email that provides better privacy. For NSFW content or content that goes against the forums, we ask you not to use the PM system of this forum;
- Please be responsible. If you take a commission from a member on this forum, do it if you can complete it in the time you gave (barring external factors). We have no way or authority to enforce refunds for commissions that aren't delivered (nor should we), but we can take action by either prohibiting you from using this subforum to advertise your commissions, or in extreme cases issuing a ban;
- Finally, please do not advertise expecting guaranteed commissions, and don't be discouraged if you don't get any right away.
For Commissioners
- Please only communicate in commission threads on the topic of commissions. If you want to react to or give feedback on the artist's art, use their dedicated art thread;
- Please only post if you have questions about the commissions or have a genuine interest (like price, time, queue, etc);
- Please work out the details of your commission in a private exchange with the artist, not in the actual thread;
- If you purchase a commission from an artist you've found on this forum, we expect you to behave in a reasonable manner and under the terms the artist has given. Not paying the artist, or actions like getting a sketch that you then color using AI without the artist's consent can be met with temporary or permanent bans on the forum, depending on severity.
For Both Commissioners and Creators
We are not facilitators or middlemen here. We are allowing creators to advertise their art and get in touch with members of the community who are interested in it. We do not take any cut or compensation for this. We are also not there to resolve any disputes beyond taking advantage of this forum with ill intent.
