Echolalia (echophrasia) is the action of repeating what someone else says. The repetition could be words or phrases. This behavior is automatic and non-voluntary (you don’t mean to do it).
what shit are you just saying unprompted that you heard before? here are a few of mine:
Nobody tells us anything. We're at the bottom of the totem pole. The balls on the dick. [source]
Time for you to infect us all with your echolalia <3

There's enough that I could fill a whole thread with them so have the first one I thought of instead

Sentence mixing in YouTube Poop tends to result in words being spoken in a way that's just so funny to me that I can't help but repeat it.
Like in this DaThings YTP I really latched onto this line:
"They can easily be the deefference between keeping and losing cussing customers. And that will only happen when each of us makes a commitment to me." - the overly strong intentionally awkward emphasis on "ee" sounds and the phrase "cussing customers" just felt really fun to say.

Something I often find myself saying is "Peoples is Peoples" from one of the Muppet films.
(Usually when I wanna say something along the lines of "That's just how people are".)

god i've picked up and dropped so many things from her ytps from time to time. the mammoth of course. but also "we're getting ready to start, so you might want to grab a pop tart". the whole bas rutten YTP is absurdly memorable, as is woods (we musn't give up our sauce).
i remembered yesterday how ingrained Dramatic Floorball Reading still is in my head after floorball got randomly mentioned in someone's stream. this particular bit i think about a lot. "in a way she is like an ambassador".
my partner's been saying "i'm goin' green goblin moooooodeeeeee" lately lmao and i've been repeating "twenty years in the can... CAN" after catching some sopranos memes.

I have so many echolalia stims lol
“wowsa Bowsa!” in a high pitched voice (in reference to Bowser from Mario)
the German autism yippee voiceclip
“Oh mein gott” / “NO, LITTLE GERMAN BOY”
“Nyah, see?” - Battleblock Theater
“WEEDEATER” / “randomly generated!” - Veggitales
“Eh, pesky bee!” - DHMIS
“Meowth, dat’s right!” / various Pokemon cries
“Gamer chair” - this one video my brother showed me
“Erm, what the scallop”
various animal noises

there is a video that is gone forever, but the gist was this:
a man hears a knock at his door. he opens the door to find a small box labeled "ROCKS".
He says "Ugh, rocks." He is clearly irritated by rocks, as if they had plagued him his whole life.
He then picks up the box, brings it inside and opens it. Inside is a cheap, plastic baby doll.
He says "Oh, A baby!" and starts to gently rock it back and forth as if it was real. He slowly stops his rocking and notices that the baby doll has a slit in its chest, as if someone used scissors or a knife to roughly cut the doll open.
He inserts his finger into the opening, and pries it open to find that the doll is filled with gravel.
With great annoyance, he shouts "Ugh, ROCKS!" The plague upon his life continues unabated.
THE END
So practically any time i see the word rocks, and about 10% of the time I see a pile of rocks, I say "Ugh, rocks."
Wr have quite a few. Some of them are just creature noises, like "awawawawa" "ababababa" "auuuuuu" ect
HOWEVER. Our two biggest ones aren't even really from anything, we just made them up one day and have not been able to stop saying variations of them since
"They're calling me the Minecraft of gaming' / "They're calling me the CEO of awesome". We cannot get these out of our head, they're so fun to say and it's a Problem LOL
My dad also used to say "valoa kansalle" ("light for the people") when he opened the curtains or turned on the lights and I've ended up with the same habit, in the same foreign language.

oh god i hate when I make something up and then it sticks in my own head, with no external reference. I saw a screenshot of Final Fantasy: Strangers of Paradise that had the text "Touch cubes" on it. And I said out loud to nobody in particular:
As a gamer, I love to Touch Cubes.
and i've been saying that over and over ever since lmao.
everyone should try starting sentences with "As a gamer" though.

Oh yeah, another phrase that lives rent free in my head is "You could if you weren't a fucking coward", from the legendary Pukicho "doctors vs furries" tumblr thread

In terms of original content, my partner and I have went through a whole journey from calling each other boyfriends -> BFs -> beef-friends -> [high-pitched squeal]~BeEeEfFF~[/high-pitched squeal] and I can assure that we get the most insane looks when we just completely automatically, without realising, respond to each other in such a manner.

"Perchance" / "You can't just say 'perchance'!"
Iconic (I have to resist the urge to say "You can't just say 'perchance'!" whenever someone says perchance x3)

I technically didn't "hear" it per se, as there was no actual audio for me to hear, but one time I got really fucking stoned and saw Olive Oyl from Popeye getting off of a bus and saying "scring-a-ding-a-ding-ding" and it's been my catchphrase for the past three and a half years

I admit my usual one is just the "awawawawa" loop when other creatures make it at me.
I know I have others, like I go "toot" whenever I hear some good news that isn't like, massive, which is based on this Fogsland comic and me using the "toot" sticker in Telegram to mean "yay :3"
Except this didn't start out like an echolalia, it just became one between me and my bun :'D
Old example because most my uses of this between us more private things so old WoW achievement for you

We have. so many. most of them are situational we won't just say them randomly but we will say them in relevant conversations. but, most recent one we just say randomly:

I say “toot” whenever I see a tram.
That too but we've both spent substantial time around trams
