Weirdly enough, my main exposure to Pac-Man is through Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness for the PS1. It's a fairly decent platformer where you run around mazes, collect dots, solve block puzzles, and sometimes get to eat ghosts. There was also a Bomberman-style multiplayer mode where everyone ran around a small map while collecting dots/powerups and avoiding ghosts, and you could also just play the original arcade version of Ms. Pac-Man if you wanted to.
There are two things I remember most about this game: one is the boss fight, where a giant green "evil" Pac-man chased after you while you ran towards the camera, navigating a path full of traps and dead ends. The second is the music for the Egyptian-themed levels, which slaps:
