for the sake of completion (and because i still sort of like these rough ass sketches lol) heres the stuff i based those emojos off, because its logical to work backwards from a fully featured app such as procreate and convert them into what are more or less, legos

That's pretty much how capcom did their sprites in the arcade (they even went as far as clean lineart) so there is precedent for working like that! In any case it clearly works out great

i've tried doing stuff straight into aseprite before but like. you I can't really "draw" anything when theres only 28 pixels to work with but i can refine something down into that at least

i'm glad people like them though haha
